Paving the way to a rewarding career in education, a Level 3 Apprenticeship can advance your career by placing you in a fantastic position alongside your peers.

Designed to reflect current research and pedagogy, this programme will enable you to support students with a diverse range of needs. Not only will you contribute to creating effective learning environments, but you’ll also leave with the skills you need to best support students every day.

If you want to elevate your career further, you can develop a specialism such as Literacy, English as an Additional Language (EAL) or a specific SEND area. Level 4/5 training will also be within your grasp if you wish to continue studying.

How it works

A blended learning approach consisting of live webinars, group sessions, and 1:1 tutorials is coupled with adaptable tasks and assignments full of relevant content which is reflective of your role within your school.
