At United Apprenticeships, we bring out the best in every apprentice. Our programmes combines research-led training, expert mentoring, and dedicated support to help you become the support staff you aspire to be. 

As a school-based training programme, you will gain real experience from day one. Many people choose this route because it offers a highly practical and immersive way to train, learning directly in schools, receiving support from experts, and building confidence through hands-on learning from the start. 

With more than 110 schools across England, you can train with peers that are new to their role or are upskilling and refreshing what they know and do.
