HR Support in Education Apprenticeship

HR Support in Education - Level 3

Want more confidence in your HR processes? Discover fully funded training for HR support staff.

Aimed at new or existing HR employees in education, this programme centres around key HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure the knowledge and skills your apprentice learns are directly relevant to their role.

Your apprentice will complete the programme with a qualification and the confidence to implement compliant and customer focused HR practice.

Apprentices develop the skills and behaviours needed to effectively manage day-to-day HR queries and give advice in schools, along with the practical knowledge to manage HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance and reward management.

After gaining the core HR knowledge skills and behaviours, they will be in a prime position to progress to HR managerial positions, resourcing roles, or become a HR Analyst.  They may also become eligible for an associate membership with CIPD, enabling them to expand your qualifications and development further.
