Claire Jeens serves as our Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing the safeguarding arrangements at United Learning Apprenticeships to ensure compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements for our apprentices.
Frazer Smith holds the position of Head of Safeguarding for the Group. In this role, he leads the safeguarding efforts across the organisation, ensuring that we meet all necessary statutory requirements to safeguard our apprentices effectively.
Michelle Patel serves as our Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing the safeguarding arrangements at United Learning Apprenticeships to ensure compliance with statutory requirements to keep our apprentices safe.
At United Learning Apprenticeships, our commitment to continual improvement extends beyond our apprenticeship delivery to also encompass the safety and well-being of our apprentices. That's why we provide safeguarding support from 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week.

No! At United Learning Apprenticeships, our policy outlines our commitment and duty to safeguard and uphold the welfare of all our apprentices and staff. This involves protecting them from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, neglect, and bullying.
The main aims of our policy are to ensure that our staff are working together and fully engaged in being vigilant about raising awareness and that we know what to do in the event of certain situations such as wanting to report a concern.
