Suitable for those already in role and those eager to enter the world of education, a United Learning Apprenticeship can help kickstart your career or take your career to the next level.

We’ve summarised each of our programmes to help you decide which could be the best fit for you.

#HR SUPPORT

HR Support in Education

Ideal for new or existing HR employees in education, this programme is centred around key HR systems, policies, and processes to deliver knowledge and skills that are relevant to your role. Upon completion, you’ll be confident in implementing compliant HR practice and supporting line managers and colleagues in schools or nurseries.

#TA

Teaching Assistant

A programme designed to reflect current research and pedagogy, you will contribute to creating effective learning environments and leave with the skills you need to support students in and out of the classroom every day. Better yet, it paves the way for further study such as Level 4/5 training, or the development of a specialism such as EAL or SEND.

#EYE

Become a skilled observer and communicator who can plan and shape effective learning for those in your care aged 0-5. Once completed, you’ll have a secure foundation to pursue a career as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse – or enter a specialism such as SEND support.
